RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with original tags and the invoice for a refund.
Yayavar shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
Yayavar assures a swift refund process for returned products. Your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please Note : Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are tailored specifically for you.
Return Charges
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). You need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
Refund Process
Online Payment Orders - Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders - For COD returns, refunds will either be credited to bank details provided by you or credited to your account in the form of Yayavar coupon, which can be used for future purchases.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (except Cash On Delivery) method within 10-15 business days. In case of Cash On Delivery, you must provide us with a UPI-linked phone number or bank account details on care@yayavarbags.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
